The scraper conveyor is a conveying device for continuously conveying bulk materials in a closed rectangular cross-section housing by means of a moving scraper chain, and is mainly used for conveying powdery, granular and small block materials. When the motor is energized, the drive wheel is driven by the reducer and the sprocket chain, and the drive wheel drives the scraper chain; the material is subjected to the thrust of the scraper chain in the moving direction, so that the internal friction between the materials is sufficient to overcome the frictional resistance between the material and the groove wall. Therefore, the material can be transported as a whole in a continuous flow, so that the material entering from the feed port is scraped along the trough to the discharge port for discharge.
